I was born in Wisconsin and grew up in Northern Illinois. I’ve always had a passion for helping people heal, studying physical therapy and psychology in college. Life brought me to Iowa, and I first moved here in 2007 to study Massage Therapy, graduating from Body Wisdom Massage Therapy School in the fall of 2008. After becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist I spent 5 years massaging full time, moving to Missouri and then back to Illinois. I had the opportunity to transition into Spa Management, so in 2014 I moved back to Iowa to manage a small Wellness Spa, dedicating my time to those in need of relaxation and healing. In 2022 I stepped away from the Spa Industry and focused on traveling, spending precious time with my family and friends. I joined a healthcare team in 2023, but found myself missing interacting with guests and connecting with the community. When I saw Dr. Stewart was looking to bring on an Office Manager, I knew I would be the perfect fit!

I have over 20 years of customer service experience and 13 years of working closely with clients, helping them on their path to health and wellness.

At Stewart Sport and Spine Physical Therapy, I oversee operations within the office and keep everything organized and running smoothly. Working here gives me the opportunity to help those suffering from chronic, daily pain who think it’s normal or that they will never get relief. We can help you!

I love working here because I enjoy getting the opportunity to see people transforming their lives and living pain-free.

Outside of work, I’m a self-proclaimed crazy cat lady and spend a lot of time with my two girls, Ollie Bubs and Violet. I’m always listening to music and love to dance, especially at outdoor concerts with my bare feet in the grass, surrounded by friends. I love to road trip and I’m always down for an adventure!
