Rhiannon Hermann

Rhiannon Hermann

Office Manager

Hi, I’m Rhiannon — yes, named after the Fleetwood Mac song (and no, I won’t be offended if you don’t know it!). I’ve been married to my husband, Scott, for 21 years, and together we’re raising three amazing kids who keep life busy, fun, and full of heart. Blaine is off living his best life in Ames, Aubrey is studying nursing and dancing her heart out at Dordt University, and Graden is a three-sport athlete at Ballard High School. We also have three crazy dogs and a cat who add to the beautiful chaos of our home.

When I’m not cheering on my kids from the sidelines or stands, I’m supporting Scott in his role with the Huxley Fire Department, diving into a good book, or advocating for mental health — something I’m deeply passionate about. I spent eight years as a spin coach and still have the itch to get back to leading classes (once I stop running between games, meets, and recitals!). I’m guided by purpose, authenticity, and way too much Dr Pepper, and I believe in approaching life with heart, humor, and a whole lot of gratitude.

I’ve worked in several different medical offices wearing many different hats, from answering phones to submitting insurance claims to getting patients a warm cup of coffee with a smile.

At the heart of everything I do is family. My husband Scott, our three incredible kids — Blaine, Aubrey, and Graden — and even our three crazy dogs and cat are my daily reminder of what truly matters. They’re my why, my chaos, and my joy all rolled into one.

I believe deeply in love, grace, and authenticity. Life is too short to be anyone other than yourself, and I’ve made it my mission to live — and raise my kids — with honesty, heart, and kindness. To know me is to know that I lead with empathy, laughter, and a strong sense of purpose.

Music, humor, and creativity are woven into who I am. (It’s no coincidence I was named after a Fleetwood Mac song!) I speak fluent movie quotes and song lyrics because they’re often the best way to say what’s in my heart.

In a world that can sometimes feel divided, I choose positivity, integrity, and connection. I believe in spreading goodness, in agreeing to disagree with maturity, and in finding light even on the hard days.

At my core, I value family, faith in goodness, and the courage to be real — because that’s where love and meaning live.

“Be kind… for everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about.”

At Stewart Sport and Spine Physical Therapy, I run the front office.

I don’t want patients to feel like they’re just a number. I want them to feel like family and like they truly matter, and feel that they are being heard.

I like working because of how we treat all patients like VIPs.

When I’m not working I love to cuddle up with a good book or bake.
